Just another monday on the diet. This is the toughest eating day for me except for the breakfast smoothie which I really like. Not much more to say today.

6 weeks to fitness. I've restructured my entire diet in an attempt to restructure my body's shape and metabolism. I will post what I've eaten, how the meal tasted, how hungry I get, my exercise routine, etc. I got the recipes from Men's Health - The Abs Diet. I chose this diet because I liked the foods and because of the way the website explained it.
